Focus groups research - December, 2007

RM&E Component conducted a research on the experiences in the Career Development field, concerning the functioning of the Real Companies (RC), the Career Centers (CC) and the Vocational Students' Organizations (VSO) in the SEA schools.

Participants of the research were 65 teachers responsible for the RC, CC, and VSO, and 7 directors, from 25 SEA schools. The methodology used was focus groups, carried out at locations in Skopje, Bitola and Shtip, during December, 2007.  The purpose was to identify the positive experiences, challenges and obstacles, and to give an opportunity to the responsible teachers and directors, to share these issues among them selves.The results are summarized under descriptive headings. Where it is appropriate, frequency of the given responses are shown.
